I have had issues with my garage door for awhile and was reluctant to make a call because I didn’t want to get ripped off. A friend had Precision Door Services do major repairs on her garage door and highly recommended the company to me as did my neighbor. Zack arrived early after calling for permission to do so. He explained what needed to be done, gave me 3 monetary options to choose from and completed the work in under 2 hours. He also provided a brief tutorial of the new system and how things worked. I was really stuck. My garage door went off the rollers and I could not get it to go down. And of course it was a holiday week. I called on Thursday and was initially given a Sunday appointment (which I was happy to take because the first place I called wanted to give me an appointment well over a week in the future). But then the very next day I got a call from Andrew, your tech, saying that he could be over in a half an hour. I was exceedingly happy. Andrew showed up and performed an inspection and gave me two repair options. I chose one and Andrew fixed our garage door in less than 1 hour. There were no surprises. Andrew did a great job, I am very happy with the work, and will definitely call Precision in the future.

Zake put new spring in door and rewinded both sides wires and removed of spring that was broken and then Zake tightened spring 35 turns. I paid by check for this service. When do I get receipt for job done. I got estimates today but no receipt. I also gave Zake a check for $1374.00 for down payment for new garage door and accessories of 40% of job when do I get receipt for that? I did get the estimates for the job. Why did I call precision? You had 25 reviews...22 were 5***** 2 reviews were 4**** 1 review was not good but a Manager or owner called customer to explain the miss understanding of contract.. Good Morning, I think I might have seen your commercials. However, it was very early in the morning and the chat feature worked great. The response was quick and the tech came earlier than expected. Although I wasn't really expecting to get a door replacement, I wasn't really surprised either. I changed that spring a couple of times through the years and quite frankly wasn't up to the task again. The door is probably over fifty years old and long overdo for a replacement. Zach did an excellent job of getting us back up and running with all new hardware, torsion spring etc. While I didn't do the original install, it was done with very little room leaving Zach and his boss a bit of work. They were extremely pleasant, never complained and were extremely knowledgeable. Door hasn't worked this quietly and smoothly in 30 years! All new rollers, spring, axle, cables.
