Everything was good until I saw the parts prices, in some cases 10 times retail (rip off).

Zach and ShaRaad did an excellent job. They were courteous and professional, and provided helpful information when questions were asked about the operation and maintenance of the garage door opener. Overall, I am very pleased with the opener and the work that was done. When I called Precision, I was also impressed with the courtesy and efficiency of staff in charge of scheduling appointments. It was such a pleasant surprise to be quickly connected to a real person who seemed concerned and wanted to help. Thank you!

The entire process was seamless from my initial phone call at 2pm to a completely new installed system by 5:30 — Same Day. Zach was professional, polite and knowledgeable. I couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you Precision.
