The tech came the afternoon of the day our door broke (Saturday 7/5). Job done within an hour. He certainly knew his job. Cost more than expected but we had a car stuck in the garage due to a broken spring.

I called Precision 3 days after moving into my new house when the spring gave out on my old solid wood garage door. They came out same day and seen what they could do. He didn’t have a spring in stock that was heavy enough to support the door, they tried getting one and for the cost I decided to let them give me a quote on a whole new door, hardware, rails etc. They came back with 3 varying prices and I was able to modify one to include an insulted door for only a few dollars more. Very satisfied with their installation and the door. I’ve had them come back every year now for a door service with lube and tightening bolts and checking sensors and opener. Always professional attitudes and knowledgable techs. Will keep using their services until I have a reason not to.

The technican was prompt, polite, and informational. He did the work needed in a timely manner and it seems to be done correctly. However, I think the price was steep, for the time he was there and the material used. On top of that I got an estimate for a new door that also was way higher than what I would consider normal.

Precision Garage Door Service was great at getting me in at the last minute for the installation of a Chamberlain garage opener. Nolan showed up on time and had a great attitude. He was very passionate about the job and answered every question I had. He was very knowledgeable and also down-to-earth. He started right away and finished his work in ample time. He did a great job overall. I would have given 5 stars, but felt prices were high-end. Other than that, great service.

I recently called Precision Garage Door Service to book an appointment. I was told they could send a technician the next day, between 8 - 11 a.m. As promised shortly after 8 am I received a text from Chris who said he was on the way. I found Chris to be courteous, professional and obviously experienced. He discussed several options and gave me some sound advice, suggestions and an estimate on a new system. Based on my positive experience with Chris, I have no problem referring friends or relatives to Precision Door and Garage and I plan on using them in the future for any issues with my overhead door.

I was contacted with a window of time when the tech would be coming. Zack called and let me know how soon he would be arriving. He assessed the door and offered to give me a quote. We discussed the new suggestions and decided upon what I wanted done today.He got to work and when it was complete I opened and closed the door and he made a adjustment and the job was complete.He brought up the invoice on his tablet and payment was made and it was all set.Would highly recommend Precision!

I was really stuck. My garage door went off the rollers and I could not get it to go down. And of course it was a holiday week. I called on Thursday and was initially given a Sunday appointment (which I was happy to take because the first place I called wanted to give me an appointment well over a week in the future). But then the very next day I got a call from Andrew, your tech, saying that he could be over in a half an hour. I was exceedingly happy. Andrew showed up and performed an inspection and gave me two repair options. I chose one and Andrew fixed our garage door in less than 1 hour. There were no surprises. Andrew did a great job, I am very happy with the work, and will definitely call Precision in the future.

Zake put new spring in door and rewinded both sides wires and removed of spring that was broken and then Zake tightened spring 35 turns. I paid by check for this service. When do I get receipt for job done. I got estimates today but no receipt. I also gave Zake a check for $1374.00 for down payment for new garage door and accessories of 40% of job when do I get receipt for that? I did get the estimates for the job. Why did I call precision? You had 25 reviews...22 were 5***** 2 reviews were 4**** 1 review was not good but a Manager or owner called customer to explain the miss understanding of contract.. Good Morning, I think I might have seen your commercials. However, it was very early in the morning and the chat feature worked great. The response was quick and the tech came earlier than expected. Although I wasn't really expecting to get a door replacement, I wasn't really surprised either. I changed that spring a couple of times through the years and quite frankly wasn't up to the task again. The door is probably over fifty years old and long overdo for a replacement.
